What are the causes of TMJ/TMDApril 6, 2018
Signs of TMJ damaged are worn, fractured, or missing teeth. There are other signs of TMJ damage that show up in the soft tissues of the mouth. Symptoms of TMJ damage can be pain in the face, pain in the jaw—especially with chewing, limited opening of the jaw, headache and ear ringing and/or congestion. One of the most common jaw disorders is related to a problem with the temporomandibular joint—the joint that connects your lower to your skull, and allows your upper and lower jaw to open and close, and facilitates chewing and speaking.
